Panama Pacamara Slow Dry Natural – A Bold & Fruity Experience 🍒🍍

Unveil the rich and dynamic flavors of Panama Pacamara Slow Dry Natural, a coffee produced and meticulously processed by Jamison Savage from Savage coffees in Volcán, Panama. This Pacamara variety, cultivated at high altitudes, undergoes a unique slow dry natural process, enhancing its deep fruit notes and syrupy sweetness.

Pacamara is an hybrid variety created in El Salvador in 1958 by crossing the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties. The goal was to combine the desirable traits of both parent varieties, such as the compact size and productivity of Pacas with the large bean size and complex floral and fruity flavors of Maragogipe.
